Every order is printed to order in our Newcastle, NSW studio. Please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch, then add the delivery time below.

Express $12.00 Faster than standard
International Shipping: $17.00 flat rate, 6–15 business days depending on location.

  • UK & Western Europe: 6-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10+ business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

When ordering from abroad, you may have to pay customs charges and/or VAT on entry to your country. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand and pay these fees. Please check your local customs and tax information. Many countries have online calculators to help you estimate any charges. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help point you in the right direction.

  • Orders to the US will not incur customs fees.
  • Customers in the UK (and possibly other countries) may face an additional Royal Mail or carrier handling fee if VAT applies.

Changed your mind? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return on our standard wall decals and art prints.

We refund the price of the item. Shipping costs are not included in the refund — the postage you paid on the original order is non-refundable, and return postage is arranged and paid for by you.

To start a return, email hello@creedandwillowco.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send you the return address. Please return items in a resaleable condition.

Personalised items are excluded. Anything printed with a name, initial or custom design is made uniquely for you and can’t be resold, so it isn’t eligible for a change-of-mind return. Please check your spelling, sizes and colours carefully before ordering.

This 7-day window is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described — personalised or not — we will replace, repair or refund it. See our Returns and Refunds page for full details.
