Making It Look Like a Site

Three things do most of the work. Give every vehicle a shared ground line about 40cm above the skirting so they stand on something. Use the cones and barriers generously and low — a line of cones running off toward a doorway suggests the site carries on into the rest of the house. And angle one digger's arm mid-scoop with clear wall in front of it, because a machine caught working reads completely differently to a machine parked.

Vehicles all facing the same way at identical angles looks like a showroom. Turn a couple toward each other, as though mid-job.
