Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product(s) is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. This information is intended for residents of Australia only.

We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time, and your continued use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions carefully.

Our services and products are provided to individuals aged 18 years or older. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order should our prices change.
We strive to describe our products accurately on our website; however, descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect exact colour or design. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.
Orders are accepted from Australian residents only. Overseas orders may be accepted but may incur different pricing and shipping terms.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate personal details including your name, delivery address, email, telephone contact, and payment information. While we take care to protect your information, we cannot be held liable for misuse resulting from errors, viruses, or other issues outside our control.

We will accept or reject your order within 7 days. If you do not hear from us within 7 days, your offer is deemed rejected. Reasons for rejection will be provided upon request. Once an order is submitted, cancellation is not permitted.

Delivery times are as stated on our website. Title and risk of goods pass to you once payment is received and goods are dispatched. Freight prices include carrier insurance. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and refund any payments made promptly.
We offer a warranty against defective workmanship and materials, including a one-year warranty on adhesive deterioration and significant colour loss (excluding damage from incorrect installation or misuse). Claims must be made by the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

Warranty claims must be submitted via email with photos and purchase date. If accepted within 14 days of delivery, return postage will be covered by Creed&WillowCo. After 14 days, the customer covers return shipping. Processing may take up to 14 days; replacement dispatch may take up to 28 days.

Warranty is void if the item is subject to accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper servicing, or unauthorized modification. All safety guidelines must be followed.
It is your responsibility to ensure walls or surfaces are suitable for mounting or hanging products. We recommend testing a small area first and advise against use on delicate wallpaper, antiques, or irreplaceable surfaces.

Do not use household cleaners on surfaces prior to application, as residues can affect adhesion. We recommend cleaning with isopropyl rubbing alcohol and allowing to dry.

Removal of decals may cause paint damage on some walls. We do not accept liability for damage caused by adhesion or removal. Always test before full application.
