At Creed&WillowCo., we pride ourselves on providing you with a high-quality product that meets all your expectations. However, if any of our products are faulty or not as described, we will replace, refund, or repair your order depending on the issue.

If products do not perform as advertised or are misrepresented, we will refund or replace them after reviewing the case carefully.

↩️ 7-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

You have 7 days from delivery to request a change-of-mind return on our standard wall decals and art prints. Email hello@creedandwillowco.com.au within that window and we’ll send you the return address.

We refund the price of the item. Shipping costs are not refunded — the postage paid on the original order is non-refundable, and return postage is arranged and paid for by you. Please return items in a resaleable condition.

Personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Anything printed with a name, initial or custom design is made uniquely for you and cannot be resold. Please review your proof, spelling and dimensions carefully before approval.

Colours may appear differently on screen when printed. If we make a mistake, we will replace the product.

Faulty or Damaged Orders

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply to every order, personalised items included, and are not affected by the 7-day window above.

If your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace, refund, or repair it depending on the extent of the problem. You may need to assist with courier documentation including evidence of damage.

If we are unable to meet our 5 business day dispatch time or any previously agreed timeline (excluding transit), we may upgrade your postage to compensate for delays.
