At Creed&WillowCo., we pride ourselves on providing you with a high-quality product that meets all your expectations. However, if any of our products are faulty or not as described, we will replace, refund, or repair your order depending on the issue.

If products do not perform as advertised or are misrepresented, we will refund or replace them after reviewing the case carefully.

Colours may appear differently on screen when printed. If you have concerns about colours, you can purchase a Colour Chart before printing your order. If we make a mistake, we will replace the product.

As most products are customised and made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please check all product information, sizes, and colours carefully before purchasing.

Custom products (design or colours) with no quality issues cannot be returned or refunded. Please carefully review your proof design and dimensions before approval.
If your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace, refund, or repair it depending on the extent of the problem. You may need to assist with courier documentation including evidence of damage.

If we are unable to meet our 5 business day dispatch time or any previously agreed timeline (excluding transit), we may upgrade your postage to compensate for delays.
